It’s my birthday!! I doubt that I’ll have much time to focus on anything other than yoga today, but that’s OK. Things generally aren’t worth it unless they’re difficult. Yesterday, Dr. Lillian Glass (…consultant to the stars) came to speak to us about projecting our voices and communicating with people on a more personal level. You should check out her website; it’s pretty funny. I sort of felt as though I was on Oprah or something. It’s funny what people will pay big money for in LA!
